CT Technologist: We are seeking a full-time experienced and professional CT Technologist to join our team.
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography
ARRT (R) (CT)
State of California Radiography and Fluoroscopy license
At least one year experience in a busy CT environment
Customer service abilities including effective listening skills
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills that reflect a positive attitude and a sense of teamwork
Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, assisting patients, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Performs CT examinations that include both routine and advanced procedures
Assists Radiologist with biopsies and other procedures in the CT department
Screens patients, and performs all aspects of IV contrast administration
Performs necessary quality control procedures to ensure quality exams are performed
Performs ACR required QC (daily, weekly, etc)
Maintains and adheres to proper safety procedures
Adheres to GIC policies regarding Meaningful Use / MACRA
Possible rotations through X-ray and Fluoroscopy
