We invite you to come join our team as a Medical Assistant/Patient Coordinator. We have an opportunity for a trained Medical Assistant who is empathetic with patients, has a positive attitude, and will develop a trusting relationship with patients and staff.

Applicant must have excellent customer service skills, be responsible, organized, detail oriented, have the ability to follow through, and complete work assignments independently.

 As a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator you will:

  • Assist receptionists with patient intake and escort patients back to obtain vitals and prep for examinations.

  • Assist with procedures under a physician's direction.

  • Assist physicians with equipment, supplies, and instruments.

  • Perform specimen collection.

  • Prepare and setup exam rooms and equipment trays.

  • Drape and position patients.

  • Perform data entry into our EMR system.

  • Schedule exams, answer phones, return calls, and respond to messages.

  • Maintain/review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

  • Order and maintain inventory of general medical supplies for the department.


  • Minor Surgical or Medical procedure knowledge

  • Minimum Six (6) months experience in a fast paced medical or surgical environment

  • Minimum Six (6) months experience of outpatient or medical office scheduling experience

  • Medical Assistant

  • Phlebotomist a plus

  • Bilingual a plus

Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator


We invite you to come join our team as a Computed Tomography Technologist. This fulltime career opportunity is located at our multi-modality outpatient imaging practice. The center currently provides a wide variety of diagnostic imaging services to patients in a comfortable and patient friendly environment. We're looking for experienced and professional candidates who are able to independently perform all outpatient CT and Radiologic exams and procedures.

 As a CT Technologist you will:

  • Perform high quality radiologic, CT and Fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.

  • Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.

  • Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.

  • Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.

  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

  • Assist radiologists with procedures such as image guided body biopsies and thyroid biopsies.

  • May occasionally travel to our nearby outpatient centers to help with coverage if needed.

  • Participate in projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.


  • Associate of Science degree in Radiology

  • Current California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification (CRT)

  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)(R)

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

  • PACS experience


  • One (1) year experience as a CT Technologist

  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist CT certification

CT Technologist


We invite you to come join our team as an MRI Technologist. We are seeking a responsible individual to operate Siemens 1.5T Symphony, GE 1.5T and GE 3T MRI scanners, performing high quality daily imaging service including advanced studies.

 As an MRI Technologist you will:

  • Work 4/10 hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.

  • Perform specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist.

  • Perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures and post-processing responsibilities.

  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in patient positioning and image acquisition /formation.

  • Maintain knowledge about magnetic field safety.

  • Properly screen all patients and visitors prior to admittance into the MR magnet room.

  • Prepare and administer paramagnetic contrast media in accordance with departmental policy, state, and federal regulations.

  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records of procedures performed.

  • Ensure accurate processing of Radiology orders and exercise strict state confidentiality.

  • Perform accurate image archival of complete MR exams on PACS workstations.

  • Operate various post-processing/3D workstations.


  • Current BLS

  • ARRT(MR) certification and/or ARMRIT with 2 or more years of MR work experience

  • High-field magnet experience is a must


  • Familiarity with performing X-ray

  • Strong understanding of providing superior patient care; comfort, safety, and confidentiality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, and peers
